The Project will finance:
- The equipment and software required by a basis
5-computer CAP sites;
- Networking and administration software;
- Annual conference or meeting of CAP staff and
support personnel for promotion and the sharing of
experiences;
- The costs of implementing the program in a way that
gives technical support and engages the local community as a
means of fostering sustainability.
